What is Rip & Ship?
"Rip & Ship" is a service where we open trading card packs or boxes that you've purchased live on stream. This creates an exciting, shared experience with our community. After we open your packs, we immediately package and ship your cards directly to you.
How is your pricing determined?
Our prices are set to be competitive with the current market. We regularly adjust them, but if you notice a price that seems significantly off, please let us know. As a new business without a physical storefront, we buy our products close to market value, so we do not have access to wholesale distribution.
When is the store available?
Since we are a new store, our product availability will vary. We are focused on sourcing products we can sell at a reasonable price while accounting for platform fees. The best way to stay informed is to join our Discord and sign up for the "Rip & Ship" role. This will give you notifications when we go live, have product drops, or have other news!
I can't see any items, and I'm getting an offline notification?
Apdrop's Lucky Breaks only accepts orders while we are live streaming. Currently, we only display products while we are live due to limited inventory. As our stock grows, we will begin offering offline shopping and shipping options.
How does shipping work?
For smaller orders, we drop off packages the next business day. For larger purchases, we drop them off within two business days.
Your shipping cost is determined by the estimated quantity of cards in your order.

If you buy a single pack, it ships for free in a standard envelope (similar to what you'd receive from TCGplayer or eBay) unless you select a paid shipping option.

If you buy multiple packs, your order will be upgraded to a bubble mailer or box at no additional cost if the purchase is over $30.

Any other larger items or bundles will also receive free shipping in a protective box or bubble mailer.
Please note: Shipping costs are partially factored into the product's price. This allows us to offer "free shipping," which is a great benefit because TikTok often provides users with promo codes for products listed this way.
I had to step away and missed my turn in the queue, what happens now?
If we called your order number and you were not present, we most likely set the sealed product aside for you. Please ask for it to be opened during a future stream, typically within a day or two. If your product was opened for any reason, you can ask to see the pulls or check the Video on Demand (VOD) on Twitch. Otherwise, it will be shipped to you sealed.
